AboutFace™ is a company devoted to frontline performance improvement. Through our Customer Experience and Measurement Services Group, we employ services that provide our clients with a realistic look at how their sales and service teams are performing. Some of the more recognizable services include secret shopping, competitive analysis and price auditing. One of this group’s key deliverables is our trending and analytics tool, which proves invaluable to showing the client the moment of truth about their business services and/or competition. Based on what these measures tell us, our Performance Development Group can deliver any number of services which help our clients to receive the next level of performance.
